I’ve owned my router for over 10 years now and I’ve only ever used it for cutting out radiuses and circles way back when I was building poker tables.
In this video I tackle dados and rabbets for the first time ever. It was kind of nerve racking and I was very careful with measuring every thing. Forget measuring twice, cut once, I measured 10 times, lol.
This part of the build was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed it!
Tools, Hardware and Material:
Wood: I used Yellow Pine 2×4’s for the frame and 3/4 Birch Ply from Purebond for the entire build. It’s formaldehyde-free, made in the US and it’s available exclusively through The Home Depot in the US and Canada. Pure bond supported this channel by providing us with the wood for this build. They’re awesome and I appreciate them a ton! Thank you. Tools
